During an ongoing lucky draw campaign, Indian Oil petrol pumps required customers to scan a QR code and manually submit their details. Due to time pressure, most customers skipped the process — putting managers at risk of missing submission targets. EGMA built an Excel-driven automation system where customer data (Name, Mobile Number, Bill Number, Fuel Amount, and Vehicle Type – 2W/3W/4W) is uploaded via Excel, automatically submitted to the lucky draw form, and recorded into structured Excel reports for both successful and failed submissions, ensuring 100% compliance with zero customer effort.
